The new New Legacy is an emergency update to the Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo hack-rom. This new version fixes some bugs and provides needed balance changes for the upcoming tournament. Its main feature is the addition of unlimited resources, however. The developer of the hack, Grego2D, has not tested the code on Darksoft/Multi CPS2.
As with other Street Fighter II hacks, New Legacy is still in the beta stage. In fact, v0.7.1 has been released to fix a few issues, but does not add any major new features. For the time being, this update is only for those who are experiencing serious problems with the rom.
